No one under the age of 18 is allowed to check in without a parent or proof of legal guardianship.
  You cannot check in someone else's child, including a step child, without a notarized Minors Release.  The form is available by clicking on the appropriate link below. 

You must bring this form to get in.

Please don't ask us to make exceptions - we can't.  We are required to have them!

To avoid having to bring a new form each time you come, you can date it accordingly.
