You cannot check in someone else's child, including a step child, family member or friend, without a notarized Minors Release. You must bring this form with you to the park registration office. If you plan on visiting us often, you can date the forms accordingly. Please call if you have questions.

 Directions: From Hwy 67 (Silva, MO) take 34 West - go approximately 4.5 miles turning right on Hwy 143 North. Go through Sam A. Baker State Park - cross over Big Creek Bridge. LEERJAK entrance is 1.3 miles on the right. Watch for big entrance sign!
